Kapten69 values every loyal player. Our VIP Rewards Program is designed to give back more to you — from monthly cashback and exclusive deposit bonuses to special festive gifts and a dedicated personal account manager for Diamond members. The more you play, the greater the rewards waiting for you.
Every tier brings greater rewards — start at Bronze and climb all the way to Diamond.
A straightforward points system — play, earn, and enjoy rewards with no time limits.
Open a free account at Kapten69 in under 2 minutes. All registered players are automatically enrolled in the VIP Rewards Programme at the Bronze tier at no extra cost.
Every bet or game you play at Kapten69 earns you VIP Points. Accumulation rates vary by game type — slots, blackjack, roulette, e-sports, and cricket all contribute points.
Once your accumulated points hit the threshold for the next tier, your Kapten69 account is upgraded automatically. You'll receive a notification and all the benefits of your new tier activate immediately.
Use your VIP Points to redeem gaming credits, cash bonuses, or save them up for special rewards like travel vouchers and electronics that Kapten69 makes available on a regular basis.
If you've been playing on online casino or Sports Betting platforms for a while, you're probably familiar with the big welcome bonus that disappears all too quickly — and then you're back to playing without any perks. At kapten69, we think that approach is unfair to players who are genuinely loyal. That's why our VIP Rewards Program was built not as a marketing gimmick, but as a proper recognition system that delivers real value to active, consistent players.
The Kapten69 VIP Programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a distinct set of benefits that are noticeably different from the one before it. Bronze members receive 3% weekly cashback, while Diamond members get up to 20% cashback, unlimited withdrawal limits, a 3-minute withdrawal processing time, and a dedicated account manager available directly at any hour. The difference is significant — a Diamond member who loses RM5,000 in a week automatically receives RM1,000 back as cashback credit the following Monday.
The kapten69 VIP points system is designed to be straightforward and fully transparent. For every RM10 wagered on slots and jackpots, you earn 1 VIP Point. Table games such as blackjack and roulette award 0.5 VIP Points per RM10 wagered, while Sports Betting and e-sports wagers earn 0.3 VIP Points. These varying rates reflect the different house edges across game categories — a fair system proportional to the risk each player takes on.
Kapten69 Privacy Policy: Your VIP points record and rewards history are securely stored and protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your VIP membership details are never shared with any third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy us for full details.
One of the most appreciated perks among Kapten69 VIP members is the exclusive birthday bonus. On your birthday, Kapten69 credits a special bonus directly to your account — the amount varies based on your current VIP tier. Bronze members receive RM38, Silver RM88, Gold RM188, Platinum RM388, and Diamond members receive a birthday bonus worth RM888, credited with no rollover requirement whatsoever. This isn't just a gesture — it's Kapten69's way of showing genuine appreciation to players who have been part of the platform.
During major Malaysian celebrations, kapten69 also provides exclusive festive gifts for VIP members. During Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and Hari Malaysia, VIP Gold members and above receive special gift packages that include bonus gaming credits, e-voucher cards, and occasionally physical items delivered directly to your address in Malaysia. These seasonal reward packages are among the most anticipated highlights of the Kapten69 player community every year.
For players just starting out, the road to Silver is closer than you might think. By playing consistently a few times a week at reasonable stakes, you can reach 1,000 VIP Points within a few months. And once you're at Silver, Gold is already in sight — the 8% weekly cashback at Gold means a portion of your gaming spend is always returned to you, making every session at kapten69 more worthwhile overall.
Deposit and withdrawal processes for kapten69 VIP members are also streamlined according to tier. All local Malaysian payment methods are supported — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Diamond members enjoy a priority withdrawal lane that gets funds into your bank account or e-wallet in just 3 minutes — significantly faster than the standard 15-minute processing time for Bronze accounts.
Many Malaysian players who have tried VIP programs on other platforms find that the promised rewards are often weighed down by difficult rollover requirements or short expiry periods. At Kapten69, we take a different approach — the VIP Points you earn never expire as long as your account remains active with at least one bet every 90 days. Cashback credits also require only a 1x rollover before withdrawal — compared to the 10x or 20x requirements common on other platforms.
Your VIP tier at Kapten69 is also maintained for at least 3 months after you reach it. This means that even if your activity dips slightly in a given month, you won't immediately drop to a lower tier. This fairer system lets players enjoy their game with peace of mind, free from the pressure of constantly meeting strict minimum activity requirements.
For Platinum and Diamond VIP members, kapten69 also provides early access to selected match odds before they open to the public, exclusive VIP tables in live blackjack and roulette with higher betting limits, and special invitations to exclusive Kapten69 events held from time to time. The Kapten69 VIP Rewards Program is a long-term investment in the relationship between the platform and its players — not just a short-term marketing tool.
More than just cashback — a richer, more rewarding gaming experience.
Cashback is calculated every Sunday at midnight and credited to your account every Monday morning. No manual claiming needed — Kapten69's system automatically calculates and credits the amount based on your VIP tier.
On your birthday, kapten69 credits a special bonus ranging from RM38 to RM888 depending on your VIP tier. With just a 1x rollover requirement, this bonus is far easier to withdraw compared to similar offers on other platforms.
VIP members enjoy significantly faster withdrawal processing. From 15 minutes at Bronze to just 3 minutes at Diamond — your winnings reach your Touch 'n Go or bank account quicker every time you win.
Silver members and above get access to a priority support line with faster response times. Diamond members receive a dedicated account manager reachable via WhatsApp at any time.
Gold members and above get access to exclusive live blackjack and roulette VIP tables with higher betting limits and dealers dedicated to serving VIP players. A premium casino experience, without having to go anywhere.
During Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and other Malaysian celebrations, VIP Gold members and above receive special gift packages from Kapten69 that include gaming credits, vouchers, and physical gifts.
Platinum and Diamond members gain access to Sports Betting and e-sports match odds before they are opened to the public — giving you a valuable head start to plan your wagers more strategically on kapten69.
Each VIP tier upgrade comes with a higher daily withdrawal limit — from RM5,000 for Bronze all the way to unlimited for Diamond. VIP members never have to worry about limits capping their winnings.
Every ringgit you wager brings you one step closer to the next VIP tier.
Slots and jackpot games earn the highest VIP point rates at Kapten69. Every RM10 you wager on any slot machine or jackpot game earns you 1 full VIP Point.
Blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and other Table Games at Kapten69 earn 0.5 VIP Points for every RM10 wagered — reflecting the higher RTP of this category.
Sports Betting on football, cricket, badminton, and all e-sports categories at Kapten69 earns 0.3 VIP Points for every RM10 wagered. Staying active during major matches can significantly boost your points.
During special promotions, Kapten69 offers VIP point multipliers of up to 5x on selected game categories. Keep an eye on the promotions section in your account so you don't miss the chance to rack up points faster.

Real experiences from Malaysian VIP players who play with Kapten69.
"I tried a few other platforms before kapten69, but the cashback here actually makes a difference. Once I hit Gold, getting RM1,200 cashback a month felt truly worth it. Withdrawals are fast too — funds hit my TnG in under 5 minutes."
"The birthday bonus is what I love most. RM388 credited with no complicated conditions — just a 1x rollover. Compare that to other platforms offering big bonuses with a 20x rollover, and Kapten69 is just far more practical for everyday players like me."
"As a Diamond member, my personal account manager responds within 10 minutes even at midnight. The unlimited withdrawal limit makes a huge difference too — last month I withdrew RM85,000 over two days and everything went through without a hitch."
